Friesland Foods Cheese has 19 outlets. Our board of directors, staff offices and marketing department, which is responsible for sales to all the countries and regions where Friesland Foods Cheese has no sales offices of its own, are located at our head office in Wolvega.

We make cheeses at our plants in Balkbrug, Bedum, Dronrijp, Gerkesklooster, Marum, Steenderen, Varsseveld and Workum. They are stored, packaged and distributed by a further six companies in Drachten, Gerkesklooster, Hardinxveld-Giessendam, Leerdam and Wolvega. Friesland Foods Cheese also makes a wide range of melted cheese products at its plant in Oosthuizen.

The sales organisation for the Benelux is based at Nijkerk. Friesland Foods Cheese also has a number of international sales and packaging outlets: at Essen for the German market, Barcelona for the Spanish market, Sénas for the French market, Athens for the Greek market and Las Palmas for the Canary Islands. There are also two packaging locations at Sénas and Las Palmas.
