Napolact products are meant to resemble the traditional products from the Romanian country farms, the aim being to preserve them as they once were: classic, natural and with no added preservatives. The local tradition is also continued through the famous cheese from the Taga cave, a “one-of-a-kind” production facility. Napolact has proposed 10 products for designation as traditional Romanian products in the EU: the Taga, Nasal, Manastur, Tarnava and Alpina cheeses, the pressed cheese Bobalna and Dej, branza de burduf, telemea Huedin and Cedra yogurt.
